- You must hold passenger transport service operator accreditation for a Category A service.
- A requirement of the licence is a specified vehicle that is approved for use as a wheelchair accessible taxi by the Transport Commission.
- You must submit an application form (PDF, 125KB) at a service centre and pay the $178 fee.
