Apply for passenger transport service operator accreditation

Key info

• Complete the self-assessment tool to determine the category of passenger transport service you need, and if the service will require you to hold a licence.
• Read the relevant guide Category A and B (PDF, 847KB), or Category C (PDF, 813KB). You must complete the application form (PDF, 205KB) and apply at a service centre.
• You must also supply a national police certificate (PDF, 883KB), your current Tasmanian licence or proof of identity documents, an audit report with your application and pay the $140.62 fee.
• If you are applying for a company you must provide an ASIC current historical extract, or a certificate of incorporation if you are applying for an incorporated body.
