Report offensive advertising on hire and drive vehicles

• Complaints about offensive advertising on hire and drive vehicles can be made to Ad Standards.
• If the advertising is judged offensive the registered operator of the vehicle will receive a notice. This will ask them to either remove the slogans/advertising, or change the wording.
• If the registered operator does not comply with the notice their registration may be cancelled. The vehicle must have a roadworthiness inspection before it can be re-registered.
